Explore Aomori's Beautiful Nature and Culture with a Private Guide
Aomori is the northernmost prefecture on the main island of Japan and is blessed with both diverse culture and magnificent nature.
I've picked out 8 sightseeing spots that are quite popular among foreign tourists. You can choose three or four spots out of them. It takes about 7 or 8 hours by van to visit the spots and come back to Aomori City. You can make your tour shorter in time for your cruise ship. If you would like to visit other places, I could make plans for you upon request.
The following places are introduced with brief descriptions attached to each photo
A. Great Statue of Buddha in Seiryuji Temple
B. Nebuta Museum Warasse
C. Hakkoda Ropeway
D. Oirase Mountain Stream and Lake Towada
E. Hirosaki Castle in Hirosaki Park
F. Rice Paddy Art
G. Goshogawara Tachi Neputa
H. Takayama Inari Shrine.

A Recent Review of this tour
Read More Reviews For This TourOur Aomori tour with Yuki-San was definitely the highlight of our visit. The tour covered locations that were historical and interesting. We would never have able to see these places on our own. Yuki was very well informed and enjoyably enthusiastic. We especially found the rice paddy art memorable and special. The tachineputa museum was very good. We were able to compare with Nebuta. Having a private van was definitely the way to go. Our driver was prompt and courteous. Overall a great experience.
