Irina is very knowledgeable about the history of the Romanovs. The experience was enhanced by visuals including images of a family tree, buildings and paintings. Irina was especially great at describing the symbolism in the the paintings. Since we did this during the covid -19 pandemic, it was a virtual experience that I would describe more accurately as a historical discussion more than a tour. It certainly piqued my curiosity about visiting Saint Petersburg, Russia!
